About NSVS

Founded in 2012 and renamed in 2025, the NUST Social Values Society (NSVS) nurtures ethical, value-driven individuals through the motto "Be the Change".

By translating abstract ideals like honesty, justice, and human dignity into everyday action, the society has organized over 50 events focused on civic responsibility and social awareness. With a digital following of over 13,000, NSVS continues to empower students to counter social vices and contribute meaningfully to a more equitable and disciplined society.

Payam

PAYAM, held at Jinnah Auditorium, brought together an inspiring mix of renowned religious scholars and influential social media voices. Alongside the main session, the helipad ground hosted student-led small business booths, Food stalls and healthy interactive activities, creating a balanced environment of learning, community support, and purposeful engagement.

Echoes of Truth

Echoes of Truth, an anti-corruption discussion event organized by the NUST Social Values Society, was a thought-provoking initiative aimed at exploring the concept of corruption from both an individual and a societal perspective. Rooted in the Islamic principle of self-accountability, the event created a space for open dialogue, critical thinking, and moral reflection.

Message Beyond Time 3.0

Message Beyond Time is NSVS’ flagship mega event, grand three-day experience designed to inspire self-reflection and reconnect attendees with timeless wisdom. The event featured a dynamic lineup, including knowledge-based competitions like Fikr-o-Fahm, an Islamic moot court (Dar-ul-Haq), and transformative challenges (Ihyaa-e-Deen).

Life Beyond Books

Life Beyond Books was organized as a reflective session aimed at exploring the role of Islamic guidance in shaping university life and personal growth. The session featured Ustadh Mugheerah Luqman, who engaged students in understanding how faith can be meaningfully integrated with education.
